Nagi, I enjoy your fusion recipes – Western + Eastern – as I grew up with absolutely no experience with Asian foods. If truth be told, I had little experience with foods out of the deep South USA.
Anyway, I am collecting one-pot recipes that I can adapt to my retirement hobby – Dutch Oven cooking so those are great for me. Due to the DO flexibility, these can be skillet/wok or baked as well. Cooking with steam is also an unfamiliar technic that I find interesting.
But I have enjoyed reading all of the recipes you publish so don’t take my advice to heart. You are a great writer and your background comments are always interesting.
Hello Nagi. Love, love, love your recipes. Thank you for your delicious recipes.
Hi Nagi, I love most of your recipes. I especially like asian flavours and salads.
More tofu recipes please!!!!
