Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

I would love some more easy Asian dishes. Also if they could be for four people or less that would be great since my husband and I are both retired. My family ordered your book for my birthday and I can’t wait until it comes in February. Thank you for all the great recipes that you post.

Hi Nagi, I have your book, I’m a huge fan. Each week I cook a lunch for about 20 elderly people in my apartment complex. They eat anything really. In the winter I make soup, but I need ideas for summer, (I live in Canberra). I’m not great at bbqs, and it needs to be easy to serve. I’d appreciate any suggestions.

More vegetable recipes that a vegan could add tofu or some other vegan protein to. Or some actually vegan mains. That would be great.

As an ‘older’ single woman, I’d like to see some smaller-serving recipes (serves 4 or less) with basic ingredients. Except for stir-frys, I’ve had to many failures when trying to down-size recipes (I’m no cook, obviously). Thanks for opening up this discussion.

A good recipe for Toum, one that’s small batch. I’m by myself and would love more small batch recipes from you.

I would love to see vegan recipes with mixed vegetables in one dish. I would like a recipe that doesn’t involve some exotic veggies/herbs that cost a fortune.

    Hi Nagi,
To contain the rising costs of feeding ourselves, I would like to see more recipes using leftovers.

Something rich and spicy from Asia i.e. Indian,Pakistani,Bengali,Sri Lankan.I’m partial to a Vindaloo myself but there are many ways to cook a ‘curry’ with veggies, lentils and pulses, fish, seafood, meat, poultry or a mix such as dhansak (meat/chicken with lentils) plus curry cooking is a real culinary journey to be thoroughly enjoyed.

There’s a lot of excellent suggestions in the comments. I would also like to see tasty flavorful vegetable sides or just sides as sometimes trying to decide what to serve with meats besides potatoes (which I love) is difficult. Also, we are only two people.

Nandos chicken! The signature one, incredibly tender juicy and spiced all the way through. The bone in one, not boneless (like for burgers).
