Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Dear Nagi could you give us a recipe for Beef Rendang. A dry beef curry, which my local Malay/Chinese used to make but he is now closed. I would love to be able to make it myself. Thanks Jan
Have a look at this, it’s truly delicious!

I’d love to see a series of weeknight meals that use ingredients that will overlap with other meals. The sort of stuff where you can shop at the beginning of the week, buy a handful of things and have 3/4 different meals that you could make on any given day just by substituting out a different sauce or ingredients. If such a thing is possible that is.
Hi Nagi. Happy New Year to you , your family and of course Dozer! I would like to see some spicy prawn dishes. I have a problem cooking prswns. They either end up like bullets or tasteless. Even buying cooked prawns hasn’t helped. Cheers.
Sichuan stir fry recipes
There was a (? Vietnamese?) restaurant in Canberra that had an AWESOME mint beef, sweet and tangy. Can you find it? Make it? Also, the now-closed Chinese-Malaysian restaurant’s Mee Goreng (Campbell shops, Canberra). And, jeez, what will it take to get an Ali Baba’s in Tampa, FL? 😁😁❤️
Beef and Black Bean please 🙏
Happy New Year and even to your sweet doggie. If possible, I would love to see more Crockpot meals with very minimal ingredients. So much easier for weekday dinners. Thank you and may you have a Wonderful year filled with Blessings.
I would love to see more gluten free recipes or even gluten free options on recipes. For example I’m still trying to find a good gluten free char sui recipe. Cheers 😊
Hi Nagi
My common favourite for 2023 was a flourless orange cake which I always order with coffee. I would love the recipe please.
Happy New Year!!
Do you have any Venison recipes?
Hi Nagi,
I have yet to find a great recipe for my husband’s favourite bakery treat, an Australian custard tart (I love your Flan Pâtissier, by the way). It would also be great to see your take on prawn tempura and Korean fried chicken 😋 Thank you and happy new year to you and Dozer!

Stir fry Asian greens please! Like the ones you get at the restaurants with lots of garlic and the silky smooth sauce.
Love all your recipes but since you asked…
1. I have a good recipe for kimchi but I’m sure you could do a better one!
2. Fancier yeast recipes eg buchteln, stollen etc
3. Stand pies – eg pork or game large or small
4. An easier version of Lithuanian cepelinai aka “zeppelins”
…… well anything really. It’s all fantastic. I just love seeing what you come up with.
Easy one pan type of dinners. Chuck it all in and bung it in the oven please! Tired mum here looking for easy dinners with lots of veggies.

Happy New year Nagi. I would love to see your take on copy cat dishes, i.e. Hamburger helper, etc. I think you would come up with some great copy data food. Let Dozer know the Christmas Turkey hat, is definitely him!!
