I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

I was looking for a Lemon Delicious Pudding/ self saucing lemon souffle dessert on here the other day and couldn’t seem to find anything. Have u got a good recipe for these that can be made a day or two ahead and reheated?

But seriously, I really love your themed series, like French week, and proper roast beef etc. I love entertaining, and having a one stop place for an entire evening of great, foolproof (and show offy) recipes is always going to be a winner for me! It was my father in laws birthday on the weekend so we had a Chinese banquet, all the recipes came from your site, it made it so easy for me, knowing that I can always count on everything you post!

Hi Nagi, I would like big fat Dim Sims with thick wrap and deep fried. (like the famous ones that used to be made in Brisbane.
Also smaller Dim Sims for steaming.
Also anything crock pot/ slow cooker, cheap and cheerful and yummy. I know you already have lots.

Green Thai Curry Paste recipe. I love green Thai curry but live in the UK where store bought pastes are not good. I want to be able to make my own any time and know it will be delicious.
