Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

Hi, having a grown up daughter living in shared accommodation overseas at present, we would like to see a bunch of recipes for “singles”.

We are pretty sure that this is a “singles” problem everywhere. Recipes for “one” with maybe enough left over a for a delicious meal the next day would be great, and even maybe a new book.

One pot or pan recipes would be great. Overall I prefer recipes that don’t require hard to acquire things. I live in a regional area and unless I drive 2 hours to the big smoke I can’t access more unusual things.
I’d like ideas for how to cook dried beans. I love beans. I bought black eye beans recently and would really like a good way to use them.
From what other have said, it looks like I need to get an airfryer. They seem to be all the rage.
Otherwise I’d like to say thanks so much for your recipes. I’ve tried a number of things I’ve never done before. Your recipes and discussion of the recipe give me confidence to decide if I can so it.

I’ve been looking lately for rustic/artisan style savoury dinner rolls or small loaves suitable for dinner parties .. to accompany soup… or just as a starter side.

🥺🥱ouch Nagi, you are going to havd as busy a yrar as 2022, and I can smell another cookbook brewing.. Research, research to satisfy all. I think majority following you are busy people who need quick, inexpensive_affordable ingrediebts and healthy family meals. I also think most people are joining the airfryer brigade because it cuts on time but many are having disaster results because no 2 airfryers are the same. Really special vegetarian dish to make when entertaining

My local Thai makes a killer nam prik pao crispy pork belly stirfry. Has onion, green beans, peppercorns and chilli in it. I would eat it every day if I knew how to make it myself!

I’d love a great recipe for more vegetarian Indian like Malai Kofta.

Also, more Greek desserts like kataifi and galaktoboureko.

Spaghetti Bolognese like how they make it in restaurants. I tried a few recipes but they’re not even close to restaurant quality.

Would love some entertaining menus, like you’ve done in the past with Christmas menus and Persian feast and Mexican fiesta. Love having a whole menu ready to go.
Also some more dessert recipes would be great!
Love every recipe I’ve ever made ☺️

Hi Nagi, I’m a meat, fish & dairy eater but feel better with & love vegetarian dishes. Things that are fresh, healthy & easy to make…Mediterranean, Greek, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai. Recipes not too high in cholesterol. In winter soups & casseroles with lots of veggies. Eggplant/aubergine recipes. Thanks Nagi!
