Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

Dear Nagi and Dozer, thank you for bringing so much joy to people’s lives. Your well written recipes have enabled me to host some lovely dinners over the last few years. And during some sad months of the pandemic when I could not sleep due to grief and worry, I spent hours browsing your website in bed, dreaming happy food thoughts and planning dinner menus for a happier future. Thank you.
Recipe requests: Prinsesstårta, the Swedish princess cake and Portuguese tarts.
Burmese chicken and potato curry please! The ones with lemongrass and tomato. I loved them in Myanmar and so hard to find a good recipe online. You’re the best 🙂
Hi Nagi love all your recipes,
I would love to see some lighter options for us health conscious people, and on the flip side a bee sting cake.
Lots of love😊
memory of dried fig, shrimp, hot capicola with spicy olive oil amd mozza…wood-fired pizza
Anything Indian, especially condiments.
Hi Nagi,
I am always looking for vegan recipes. When my son visits I am always in a bit of a panic as to what to serve.
You helped me through Christmas and New Year with your amazing online recipes and from your book.
Thanks for your help and advice.
Hi Jennifer,
I hope that I am not stepping out of line here but read your request and it resonated with me. I have several family members that are vegan, yet my husband and I are Omnivores. My go to website for Vegetarian/vegan is the following:

Happy New Year Nagi!
I’d love to see some “make ahead” lunch ideas that can be made on a Sunday and last all week in a fridge (or which freeze and defrost well in portions) – I make your crustless quiche every week, and that lasts really well. Knowing lunch is already prepared makes hectic mornings (after busy evenings) so much easier!
Many thanks for all of your hard work and generosity.
Happy New Year Nagi!
I would love more healthy and veggie recipes, please. Yes, I’m a toddler in an adult body and often find it hard to get my five a day, but I love your salads and soups like I never knew I could, so please, more of these! Some nice veggie sides would be great also. (I also won’t say no if you keep giving us great appetisers like the parmesan shortbreads or the holiday tapenade crostinis… people ask me for them every time I entertain!)
Finally… I would love for your cookbook to become available in Europe!
Thank you!
I would love an easy recipe for a curry sauce like the ones that come from a local takeaway Chinese restaurant so that I could make curried vegetables at home.
Thank you for all your wonderful and easy to follow recipes. I’m Hungarian by birth and would love to be able to make two of the most beloved Hungarian cakes. There are recipes online but they never quite work for me……could you possibly challenge yourself to make a Dobos törte (mocha cream layers finished with a hard toffee top) and a Rigó Jancsi slice (sometimes also called “chocolate Rigo”).
A coffee/walnut cake recipe please!! 🙂
Gave so many of your cookbooks out for Xmas because I know everything is well tested and if you don’t like it, it isn’t because the recipe is wrong. Use so many of your recipes it’s a standing joke around the table. “Its a Nagi”. I’d love some more vegetarian (dare I say even a worthy vegan or two) and your gourmet salads are brilliant meals during summer so feel free to make those too 🙂 thank you for all the hard work you do to make my time in the kitchen well spent!
I’d love to do salmon en-croute.
I am a beginner and get easily flustered trying to follow recipes.
I know most of it is in preparation so I should really lay out ingredients before opening cupboards looking for things as I go along.

Vietnamese???
Would love to see some more salads and side dishes, I need to branch out from the standard garden salad when doing BBQ dinners
Hi, I would love a recipe for an egg free Lemon Merangue Pie because I am vegan. Luv ya !
