I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

A SIMPLE pancake recipe that uses Buckwheat. Also, I used to have a VERY, VERY BASIC recipe for Yorkshire Pudding (that I found on the internet about 10 years ago and lost about 8 years ago) that made absolutely MASSIVE Puddings and I’ve been looking for it ever since.
Hi Nagi, I would like more gluten free desserts/baked goods. My bestie is Coeliac as I would like to make of these items for her as she has a sweet tooth. As she is turning 60 in March I would like to host a high tea for her and friends to celebrate. Thank you.
I would love more ideas on what to feed big groups of guests (we regularly entertain 12+) that I can make in advance and don’t break the bank. I adore your beef stews, Bourgignon, coq au vin, but keen on new ideas too! Hope you’re well!
Hi Nagi, all your recipes I have tried so far have been a great success. I’d love to see more recipes including white fish & salmon (I’m not a fish lover) and I’d love a good simple Alioli garlic dip recipe please.
Hi Nagi
Your recipes and instructions are great! I would love more easy but impressive main course dishes for entertaining. Preferably to prepare ahead to reduce any stress. Thanks
I second this!
Agree!
Happy New Year
You are my go to for all recipes
Seasonal recipes and vegetarian dishes please
You do such a great job. Thank you
Hi Nagi.
I love Beef Rendang but have fallen into the trap of using store bought pastes. Do you have homemade Rumpah’s up your sleeve.
Thanks and all the best for 2023.
Steve
Hi Nagi,
I have 10kg of home grown zucchini including one the size of a baseball bat.! As a keen veggie gardener, i occasionally have excess. This also corresponds to when these veggies are in season and cheap. I am requesting recipes for zucchini used any way, so we can make use of fresh, seasonal, affordable and if you’re as lucky as me….home grown organic.
Your recipes always work , are easy to follow and are delicious so thank you!!!!
Please make hainan chicken n rice with the complimentary sauces
Smoky Tomato Relish please…. Tomatoes about to go gang- busters in the veg patch!
Dear Nagi, I love all your recipes healthy recipes,

Recipes on a budget
Would be great.
Happy new year Nagi, happy new year Dozer.
Hi Nagi, long time followers and THANK YOU for teaching my husband to cook. You cover so many recipes already but thinking some fast food but healthy – that the family can enjoy. My husband is saying more one pot wonders.
Hi, I love your book. I’d like to see healthy one pan quick meals to cook midweek . We are all so busy having to work more and it’s easy to just grab takeaway . But everything is so expensive, so easy healthy meals is what I’d like to see
I love your samosas, can you do a Bombay potato recipe please.
Morroccan carrot salad (link) is a good recipe, I’d love a Nagi twist on it though.
I’d love lamb recipes, because….laaaamb. One pot, slow cooker and air fryer recipes. And some dishes that suit both summer and winter e.g. salads/soups that are great served hot/warm or cold.
Ps the recent TIPS for preparation ahead of time were brilliant.
The same as the last request, king prawn and vegetable. (In clear garlic sauce)
Hi Nagi! I’d love more pressure cooker recipes!
Hi Nagi, I’ve been a big fan for quite a few years. I am Coeliac and now also require low fodmap food. You do often offer gluten free substitutes. Would you be able to provide some tasty low fodmap recipes from time to time. That would be wonderful.
Happy New Year to you Ms. Nagi. Thank you for your passion for cooking and for sharing your recipes. I would love to have healthy recipes for soups that I can freeze in one serving size and take out a serving to supplement a meal or to have as a healthy snack. I’m thinking bone broth or vegetable broth soups with vegetables and a small portion of protein. A small portion of carbs is also fine. Thank you for considering my request.
lamb souvlaki – have been able to buy strips pre flavoured which is easy but the meat quality getting terrible and would love to be able to do myself Or a Greek rub for meat like lamb back straps
