Slow cooker and pressure cooker recipes please Nagi ☺️
Hello Nagi. I would like to see some simple bread recipes, preferably with wholemeal flour as an ingredient.
Thank you for your wonderful recipes.
Hi Nagi. Thank you for producing an amazing website and book. I made your best ever slow cooked lamb shoulder and it was fabulous. I think a Moroccan version with lovely exotica flavors would be really delicious.
Mince and (suet) dumplings, I had it as a kid and can’t seem to find something tasty tasty tasty
I would love to see a dish or dishes that utilise squid/calamari. Please not salt & pepper fried squid, something really different. I make a Jamie Oliver squid & chorizo Greek style cous cous which is delicious and I make squid fritters a lot, but I am always looking for new and delicious ways to cook squid and hope that you work your magic on this humble ingredient. Thankyou

Hi Nagi.. I really want a recipe to make dog biscuits for my grand dogs .. thank you
My husband’s Mauritian grandmother used to make the most amazing but simple red kidney bean dish it was like a saucy bean stew in the pressure cooker, the sauce looked purple, and I’m pretty sure it was just onion, garlic and beans but I can’t replicate it. (Might have involved a ham hock for flavour). We begged her to write her recipes before she died but she took them with her sadly….
Hi Nagi
Happy New Year from the U.K. i am loving all your recipes which inspire me when I can’t think what to cook. Keep up the good work, lots of ideas here to keep you busy! x
Although i am a pretty competent cook now, I’ve never been able to replicate the Malaysian Lamb Curry that I snuck off to eat at a local restaurant when living in a share house in the 80’s.
When those birdseye chillis hit the wok the whole room would be coughing, except the Chef who would stick his head out of kitchen, with a concerned look on his face, going, ” Whats wrong”.
I want to be better at pizza dough and a good but tasty winter casserole dishes
