He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi, happy new year 🎉
Loving the book. Beef in blackbean would be awesome. Thankyou
High protein vegetarian meals would be great
How about a good easy kolo mee recipe
Would love to see a recipe for eggplant with brown/garlic sauce (maybe with minced beef) like they have at Chinese food restuarants in the US.
Also La-Zi-Ji, the szechuan Ma-La dried peppers chicken dish.
Love your recipes, I ONLY use your site for cooking. Please never stop adding recipes, I won’t know what to do!
I’d love some vegetarian options and some healthy nibbles you could have with a drink. Eg spiced cauliflower etc.
Hi Nagi,
What’s your best ever Thai Red Curry Prawn recipe?
Cheers,
This is Nagi’s thai red curry paste ☺

There’s a place in Melbourne that I’ve frequented for their super fluffy Doughnuts. I’d love to make my own and stop spending money there lol.
Happy New Year! Love your website and have heaps of recipes saved in my recipetin:)
Would love to see more slow cooker meal recipes.
Our golden retriever Marlee says hello to Dozer and wants to know how to make pigs ears
Happy New Year Nagi and Dozer too!
I’d love to see healthy meals that could be cooked in an air fryer. I’ve a two drawer model but whilst there are numerous Facebook pages there is do many conflicting ways to cook in them and, recipe books aren’t as inspiring as yours are. Thank you.
Happy New Year to you Nagi! Thank you for the love and care you take in all that you do – discovering your blog was like finding treasure and I absolutely love your book! Please can you try macarons – I am sure you can conquer them 😀 With love, Tracy in Austria (originally from South Africa)
I’d love to see some creamy vegetable soup with some herby, cheesy scones. Maybe even with variations 😁
Hi Nagi
Love your recipes. Thank you for sharing them.
I would like to learn how to prepare a clay pot and then make a tofu/chicken/seafood vegetable clay pot dish please.
Thank you.
Hello Nagi! I would love a croissant recipe from you. Your directions always work perfectly, and I know I would be successful following your instructions on these. Second – we are cutting back on sugar lately so some dessert recipes using honey or maple syrup (and minimum amts of them!) would be fabulous. I still love dessert, I just looking for healthy ones :0)
Maybe i am a bit strange, but i would love you to cook and print everything that you love to do, because, we all love those dishes.yummmy, easy, something to make us think, something that is totally different from what we all normally cook is what most of us want, plus something that Dozer loves 😉
HNY Nagi and thx for making the previous years full of yummy foods and new delicious menus.
I’d love more one pan dishes, dinners that can stretch or alter over 2 nights, slow cooker and possibly a lemon meringue pie 🥧
Keep being you ☺️
Please post the Chocolate Tart recipe that’s mentioned in the Sweet Tart Crust recipe 🙂
Banana cake – but not just a boring recipe, something a little special with a big wow factor to it.
Haha Kate! I requested banana cream pie once then read Nagi won’t make any recipe using banana. I would also love a Nagi banana cake recipe but don’t see it in the cards :0)
Not much more you can deliver! Big fan!
Only request or idea…. Which would be difficult for worldwide, but maybe seasonal recipes?
Thanks so much for all your recipes & the book is great!
happy new year to you and dozer
id love to see lots of great ideas involving haggis, seafood, spicy dishes, potatoes, soups, risottos.
i love trying food from all around the world.
im all about flavour. i find a lot of stuff too bland or i just dont know what to do with it.
wish i was a great chef like you, with an adorable dozer of my own
Happy New Year to you and Dozer,
I haven’t been able to eat anything for three years due to a complex and complicated throat and jaw problems. This year I very much like to try something that I can have and thoroughly enjoy besides drinking smoothies and hospital sustagen.
All I wish for is a meal that will go smoothly down the throat and needs hardly any chewing. Just to have a nice meal in 3: years be wonderful. Thank you
