Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Beef Wellington
She developed a Beef Wellington recipe for her cookbook. It’s only in the cookbook though, not on the website.
Hi Nagi! So thrilled to witness your well deserved success! I’d love to know your favourite pate recipe please? 🙏
Hi Nagi, Happy New Year 🥳 I’m currently in Paris and tried tartiflette for the first time and loved it. Would love a recipe for it. Also would love more themed dinner party ideas from starters to dessert. We love your recipes! N x
Great and easy seafood everyday recipes.
PS Your Family Favourite prawn sauce has been such a hit. Everyone loves it. Thank you so much.
Hi Nagi! I would love to see more everyday recipes using lamb. I’m allergic to beef and am anaemic and there’s only so much broccoli and spinach I can eat! My boyfriend misses out on beef for dinner since it’s harder to cook two dinners than just to work with one, and I just love lamb since it’s a red meat I can eat. Help! 😁
Hi Nagi, thanks for your recipes and your bright happy smile. I love vegetarian dishes, I do eat meat but I still love non meat meals. I also love healthy meals and one pot meals too. Thanks so much
Family friendly pasta bakes
Simple finger foods
Portuguese tarts. Especially the pastry part
How about some recipes that can be cooked in an air fryer?Have purchased a top brand two drawer model to save electric instead of putting on the oven when only using one shelf.
I have your recipe for Dan Dan Noodles. My recipe needs have all been met, apart from the utter lack of access to sui mi ta cai in regional Australia.
Happy new year Nagi and Dozer!
Japanese cheesecake please 🙂
Is this what your looking for?

Hi Nagi and Dozer
Happy new year to you both!
Would love to see recipes for Pancette and Adobo.
Hi Dave
Nagi does have an Adobo recipe, it’s called Fillipino chicken adobo and it’s fantastic.

Hi Nagi
Congratulations on your success. I would like to thank you for all your no-fail recipes which my family (all boys) have thoroughly enjoyed. My whole Christmas menu for extended family was based on your recipes.
I would like to request a no-fail sponge recipe please. Mine have never turned out except to produce bricks that could be used as frisbees LOL.
Looking forward to a tasty 2023.
Thank you
Gail
I’d like a Chinese recipe for curried prawns.
And an authentic (Chinese restaurant haha) recipe for lemon chicken, crunchy
More Thai and Vietnamese recipes please! Plus, would be great to see some tips on how to tweak recipes for different dietary requirements, e.g. substitutes for sugar.
Steamed Dumplings wrappers.. I see all thevideos and the doughooks so easy to work with, almost like they are using fondant. My dough is never this way.. I’ve tried different recipes and flours. Nothing seems to make a dofference
Years ago I worked in a Chinese restaurant and the Crispy rainbow beef was a favourite. I’m always disappointed when I order it somewhere else because it arrives to the table as more of a generic stirfry with sauce. Some Korean recipes would also be great please, but I know the recipes that I’ll use the most are anything I can dump in the slow cooker.
We are a family of three meat eaters and one vegan – I’d love to see recipes that can be taken up to a point where they can be divided and then be finished off separately with meat/seafood/fish for some and kept vegan for my son. We don’t mind at all eating some vegan meals but we don’t want every meal to be vegan and I’m fed up cooking two separate meals a lot of the time.
Any Thai recipe that isn’t a curry, particularly fried fish with garlic and pepper and pork with basil and snake beans. Love Thai food but don’t love coconut lol.
Happy New Year to you and Dozer
I love your one pot spaghetti bolognaise recipe so more like that would be great 😋
Hi Nagi! I’m starting back on my keto/ low carb diet tomorrow and would like to see more recipes that I could use. I know when I use yours it’s going to be great! Thanks!
