Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Hello Nagi and Dozer! I love all your recipes, you are my go to for everything. I just moved last to the UK and missing all my Oz foods, especially my kids. They miss a good old Ozzie pie. I’ve just used your pav recipe, it was such a hit!I’m half Korean so I would love to see more Asian dishes. Also I’m working on a sourdough so some bread recipes would be great. I love how you break everything down and simplify it. Thank you so much, you are helping our family be less homesick. Hope to be back soon. Xx

Would love more one tray bake recipes that do not include whole tomatoes (my daughter claims she is allergic to them … but will happily eat passata based meals).

Amanda – your daughter could be right. I always loved tomatoes and was over the moon when I grew the most wonderful crop (I don’t really have green thumbs). I would pick them and eat 6 or 8 at a time like you would apricots off a tree. I developed the most exruciating gout – turns out as a result! Now I will eat up to 6 half mini-romas and no more, but with fully cooked I have no problem. Turns out, qaccording to my friend’s friend, nutritionist Patrick Holford, that cooking changes the tomato’s profile entirely – and semi-cooking as in tray-baked roastin changes it just part way,

I’d love more finger food and quick meals that can feed a crowd because we often get guests at our home for lunch at very short notice and I want to add variety to the meals that can be done.

I love your new cook book and trying all your recipes. I have an egg allergy so I would love to see substitutions for eggs in your recipes or more egg free recipes please!

As a diabetic I would love to see suitable tasty recipes that actually contain a small a mount of pasta or rice, as we diabetics love these things, and we can eat small amounts of them as long as they have a good balance of low GI veg to help counteract the carb, and of course not too much fat. The secret is only a small amount of the pasta or rice, just enough to make us feel normal. Cooked your Salmon tacos last night. Very good, flavours all worked so well together. Thank you
