Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

Recipes for cooking for one person or recipes which can be adapted for one. Sometimes easier to live on cheese and biscuits which isn’t good. Eg can roast a chicken maryland as a roast or a lamb shank . Some Asian style soups are easy to do for one. Need more ideas.

Might not be what you mean, but every recipe has a scale where you can adjust the number of servings (in the part with the actual recipe, above ingredients.) I use that feature often.

      Cheers!

Anything that can be batched cooked (or just made ahead) for a family & frozen for easy quick hearty meals later on! Have loved so far (in this realm) Spinach & ricotta cannelloni, veg lasagne & burritos with Queso sauce (OMG the best).
My wish list wouldn’t even be new recipes just added comments on current recipes if can be pre-made & fridge/frozen, you already have this on so many of your recipes – thank you 🙏🏽
Your book is also amazing- thank you Nagi & Dozer you are both amazing 🤩

    Hi Nagi,

Happy New Year to you and Dozer <3
I searched your files for a BBQ baby octopus recipe the other day but couldn’t find one!
I’m hoping you can recreate the tasty little marinade that they use in fish shops or at the fish market.
Please? I’d be forever in your debt (and I think that it would be crazy easy/simple for you to work out too).

    Thank you!

    Hi Nagi,

    Thank you for asking!
I would be grateful for an armadillo egg recipe that includes a homemade BBQ rub for flavouring the cheesy filling.

Also, how best to cook them (ideally not in a smoker) so that the bacon is crispy, but the filling doesn’t run out.

Would love your thoughts on roasting versus raw jalepeno and the best type of sausage (smoky flavour versus plain).

I’ve had mixed success with these, but they were still delicious. I’m sure you can perfect these little bundles of “amazingness”!

Oh, and Dozer will love them!

    Hi Nagi,

I’d love to see some quick, light summer recipes with protein of choice and salad/veggies. I always end up making the same boring things and I get frustrated at myself because I know there are so many easy, flavourful options out there.

    Help!!

Hmm – as a working mum, my vote would be for veggie rich things I can make ahead en mass for packed work lunches, and I absolutely love basic recipes that can be turned into different dishes with the leftovers.
And plus one to the request for more show off salads!
