More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Hi Nagi
Love all your recipes but what is the easiest beef in black bean sauce, prawn cutlets, honey prawns and fried rice
Loved your book Nagi, and am working my way through your recipes. I’ve emailed you before to see if you can help me with a recipe from Ramen Bayashi in Narita, Japan. I was a Qantas flight attendant, and used to bid for Japan purely because of the wonderful Red Chilli Pepper soup at this restaurant. I am retired now and crave this soup. It is a simple soup they call “Shisenmen” with shredded carrots, sprouts, cabbage. I think there is a sesame/chicken type base, and it is a sort of ramen.Crew are crazy about this soup. I have been chasing this for 14 years. Are you able to help? Happy New Year Nagi, and keep up the great work!
Some easy “prepare ahead” freezer meals for the family would be wonderful!
Or weekly menu planning. We are a family of 5 (3 small ones) so time efficient, easy meal planning help would be appreciated haha
Vegetarian….easy and simple recipes
Hi Nagi, So many people are hurting financially right now. I would love to know what food products give the best flavourful bang for your buck AND some recipes that are tasty but inexpensive to make.
Take away style dishes to make at home (for those of us that love to cook but also loooove a nice takeaway!) Like sweet n sour chicken/pork and wontons! Complete with crispy batter and yummy sauce. 🙂
How about some vegan dips? The ones at the supermarket always leave a bit of an aftertaste of something artificial.
Also more make ahead party food!
Healthy fruit loaves or muffins.. xx
Nagi,
I got a Thermomix and I would love to use some of your recipes in it . I hoped maybe you got one for Christmas and can help us out here.
I would love love love to see Nagi do some Thermomix friendly recipes 😍
Jam drops
Happy New Year Nagi. Thank you for making cooking easy and delicious. I need some more vegetarian recipes please. Also, ideas on what dishes go well together.
Meals for busy moms of small children! The quick, easy affordable recipes please Nagi!
Please make a recipe of Takoyaki.
This is Nagi’s mom’s recipe from her Japanese food blog!

Finger food
I bought 3 of your books for gifts 👍
I’d love to have a Malaysian chicken curry recipe like the one served in Sydney’s Malaya Restaurant.
Some healthy non-cheese recipes. (I know! I love it too but cholesterol 😏). Also, some baking for everyday ie healthy loaves, fruit muffins
I love my dairy way more than I should ( I could eat a cheese platter EVERY DAY) however one of my children has an intolerance to dairy. I would love to see some dairy free children friendly dishes and I probably should have more meat free days in my diet. Massive request I know but ai get so stuck for dinner without making two meals
Quick meals and meals that make great leftovers like the Satay Chicken Salad or hot and sour soup. Yum!
I would love your version of okonomiyake (Japanese omelette). They are a quick easy meal and can be adapted with different veggies .
Nagi’s mom has a Japanese blog too, is this what your looking for?

I would love a bug linguine recipe along with some Summer salads, such as a prawn and mango salad
Hi Nagi,
Love your work.
I was at a restaurant in Hong Kong where I enjoyed some prawns cooked in delicous sauce. My host called in Asian BBQ sauce?. It was not sweet and sour, but rather dark in colour, spicy with a hint of sweetness. I tasted star anise, ginger, chili, garlic, soy and oyster sauce… so delicous. Would be great with salmon, prawns, chicken or even on toast!
