I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Szechuan Eggplant!
I have an overabundance of greengage plums. I would like to make plum sauce, but not the sticky sweet stuff. I would like to make a plum sauce like Lee Kum Kee or Koon Chum. many thanks and happy New Year!!!
Hi
I’d love the Indian eggplant recipes pretty please. Thank you so much for all you do. Give Dozer a hug for me
All the best for 2023
Dutch beef croquettes. (Traditional ones, not the Aussie fish and chip shop ones)
Hello Nagi, we love your recipes and we have a few favourites that are in regular rotation. We have just started our lap around Australia in our motor home. We packed the slow cooker to use when we have access to power. I would love a recipe for the slow cooker, perhaps a beef curry, using everyday ingredients. We like a bit of spice. Apologies if you have already done this.
Thank you to you and Dozer
Tricia🥰
I would love to see more one pan/wok recipes with lots of fresh ingredients.
I have loved every recipe I have cooked, the rest giving me inspiration.

Cornish pasties
Curried egg sandwiches – I know this sounds so basic but it’s amazing how quick they are eaten when people bring a plate to share ! Maybe another type of sandwich to share , yes I know you have done the chicken sandwich recently.
Fillings for Turkish bread or Lebanese bread for lunches, toasted / not toasted.
Terrines
Amy Johnson cake
Beef olives
Thai Recipes. Thanks!
Hi Nagi, how about some sensational summer salad recipes?
Love all your recipes. Would love some diabetic friendly meals. Thanks Nagi xx
Croatian style goulash please
With food costs inflating, I’d like to see recipes for inexpensive stew hens besides making chicken stock. Working your magic on gluten free recipes or at least gluten substitutes would be nice.
Hi Nagi
For 2023 recipes wish list, more of your ‘one pot’ recipes (love your oven baked chicken and garlic rice) as well as home made ‘takeaway’ (your crispy sticky Mongolian beef is Friday night hit). Thanks.
I would love more vegetarian dishes. thank you.
I would love to see some more vegetarian recipes
Banana cake/bread/muffins please 🙏 Love your work Nagi.
Gifted our daughter your cookbook for Christmas and she has made two meals so far and wants to work her way through all the recipes! 🥰
Asian favorites but not fried. Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Chinese, etc but healthier
An easy korma dish!
Please offer some Asian style lamb recipes.
Please create a recipe for my all- time favourite dessert: Mille Feuille. Those flakey pastry layers and decadent vanilla custard topped with icing and with a pattern in chocolate for decoration… takes me back to Paris, and every French bakery in Melbourne that i stop at.
