Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Carbonara traditional but with a Nagi twist to make things easy 😉
Meals for one. Chicken pork.
Hello 😊
Would love more soup recipes. Healthy options. I love pho too. Is there an easy version of pho to do at home. Thank you for all you do 🌻.
Yes soups
Anything you make Nagi you brighten our day
I’d love to see what you could come up with for a smoked meat (like burnt ends) or something that incorporates the use of truffle (a beautiful risotto or something). Thanks! Happy NY x
Hi Nagi,
Happy New Year
I would love you to make a dish I had a few times in Portugal. I have tried many times without success to recreate it.

I’d love more recipes focusing on freezer meal-prep. I do a big cooking day every few months and stock up the freezer with meals that can either be defrosted and cooked, or precooked and microwaved. I do a big butcher order, and make a whole heap of different marinated meats as I portion it all up. I also make things that freeze well like lasagna, stews, curries and pasta.
Some ideas for savoury freezable breakfasts would be great too. Especially warm ones for the winter months.
Tempura prawns or vegetables please
This is from Nagi’s mom on her Japanese food blog ☺

Sourdough bread loaf style
Crab linguini
Hi Nagi,
I’d love a white fish recipe that’s healthy but tastes good!
Husband catches reef fish which are beautiful in butter or in egg wash/Panko but that’s not the healthiest. Whenever I’ve tried steaming I end up with rubber/bland. Not adverse to a bit of fat but would like to limit to 1 tsp/5g per serve!!
I’d also love to know the recipe for a beautiful Thai clear broth we had as kids- it was cooked for us by a Thai friend and I recall it not being spicy, suitable for kids. may have had some chicken mince or mushrooms in it but lovely light and fragrant i’m still hunting it!!
Hi Nagi!
Would love to see some Ethiopian recipes like Key Wat or Misir Wat.

Something with Mexican flavours that contains a large amount of zucchini. I’m about to have a baby on Friday but I have soo many zucchinis from the garden and I don’t know what more I can do with them
Oh and a recipe for huevos rancheros would be amazing!
I’d love a seafood pie recipe to serve up to my family when they visit … for 6+ people.
Thanks Nagi – just love ALL your recipes!
Love more weekday complete easy vegetarian meals.
