I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Green tomato pasta sauce recipe please
Hi
Maybe some combo of fish and veggies, like fish bake with veggies.
Trying to loose few kilos after all the holiday feasts 😉
A really easy fish curry using a good store bought curry paste. Or a chicken or beef one. Sorry if they are in your book. Just got it for Xmas and have not had a moment yet with twelve family staying!
Hi Nagi & Dozer 😜
My request is for our loved 4 legged friends. Dog treats & dog biscuits 🤔
They are expensive to buy and I’d love to have a wonderful Nagi go to recipe for my beautiful Jessie 🐶
Oo! I was just about to say the same, bonus points for anything soft! It’s so hard finding treat recipes for my fussy Ted
I’m 69 and a good home cook, but your recipes have allowed me for the first time to make bread. You make everything so clear. I guess I’d ask for a weekday dinner idea that’s quick and tasty besides pasta, chops and quiche). Love you!
I love easy weeknight meals but also your weekend feasts. I’d love an Indian feast particularly with chicken korma.
I’d also love to know how to make chocolate fondant perfectly and real apple pie.
And any slow cook meals for winter are a winner particularly soups like your fab pea and ham! Any other great slow cook soups or meals?
Thanks so much! Love your site!
Quick and easy lunch recipes for working from home/working in the office
I’d love to see more finger food recipes, please. Also, Coles sell a 4-pack Pork Kiev With Katsu Sauce. The sauce is delicious. Any chance you could create a copycat recipe, please? Thanks Nagi. Love your work!
Desserts that can be prepared the day before.
Healthy sweets (cakes, biscuits etc) and easy snacks please!
Hi Nagi
Can you pls include some bbq recipes, like a whole leg of lamb or a whole scotch fillet. Also more vegetable soup recipes as what you’ve published so far have been spectacular. Also more winter vegetable stew dishes (well, it is around the corner) 🙁 thank you so much, Nagi. Looking forward to all your new recipes this year, thank you 🙂
Request a recipe..
I’d luv your recipe for Thai Beef please..Thanks 💐
I love ( and eat) everything… sigh – except Kale like Dozer. My requests are for theme weeks. Eg: One week Scandinavian, then Malaysian or Japanese with some info. on culinary history, tips on sourcing ingredients. Next idea is for more recipes for preserves – sauces, chutneys, jams etc based on seasonality for say gluts of tomatoes, apples or quinces. The quince is not celebrated enough I tell you 🙂
My suggestions are salt and pepper calamari and panang curry. Yum!
Chicken Mulligatawny soup!
Please and thank you. 🙂
Recipes using duck – can’t ever seem to get it right. But I have great faith in you Nagi!
Hello Nagi, I would really love a recipe of a Vietnamese dish/street food called Nem Nuong (I think)? That would make my year! Thank you for always looking after your fans!
Hello Nagi, Thank you for the lovely recipes. I love your Italian dip. I like recipes that are all one pot and very easy but nutritional. Regards, Michelle Ede
