I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Panang Curry!! Your satay and peanut sauce is my go to. Panang is my favorite and I would love to find a good recipe.
Lovely salads with like warm chicken so you can eat then year round. Also tacos . Enchiladas and more Mexican. I love curries too

Hi Nagi, I would like to cook a goat dish. I have a Greek friend who cooks it at his BBQ’s. That’s the only time I eat it. It’s a lovely meat. Any ideas???

Hi Nagi, I went to a local Japanese Restaurant and had a scallop dish that was cooked scallops in the shell with a creamy, sesame sauce or something similar. Do you have any idea what the sauce might be..??
Nagi your recipes are amazing every time, I would love to see you try your hand at some Greek food – it’s impossible to find good Greek food in Australia – mainly because seasonings are missed and there is a fallacy of using lamb for everything – the Greek meats of choice in country are Pork and Chicken.
Real souvlaki (pork/chicken skewers), Tigania (pan cooked meat), possibly pork giro, Pork ‘panchetta’ – which is pan fried thin pork steaks and lukaniko sausages.

Hi Nagi, Happy New Year; i would love to see some more healthy recipies that don’t have sugar or high fats like cream. I would also love to have some vegetarian recipes that i can use as an alternate meal on occaision.
