Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

Hi Nagi, I would like to cook a goat dish. I have a Greek friend who cooks it at his BBQ’s. That’s the only time I eat it. It’s a lovely meat. Any ideas???

Could you please try a spice bag? Combination of chicken like pop corn, capsicum, chips and spices. Popular in Ireland. Thanks.

Hi Nagi, I went to a local Japanese Restaurant and had a scallop dish that was cooked scallops in the shell with a creamy, sesame sauce or something similar. Do you have any idea what the sauce might be..??

Nagi your recipes are amazing every time, I would love to see you try your hand at some Greek food – it’s impossible to find good Greek food in Australia – mainly because seasonings are missed and there is a fallacy of using lamb for everything – the Greek meats of choice in country are Pork and Chicken.

Real souvlaki (pork/chicken skewers), Tigania (pan cooked meat), possibly pork giro, Pork ‘panchetta’ – which is pan fried thin pork steaks and lukaniko sausages.
