Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

    Hi Nagi!
    Happy new year 🎉
I would love to see some more freezer friendly finger food. I always have your homemade mini quiches in the freezer for when people drop over, or a quick lunch or snack.
More dips – your French onion dip is a staple in my fridge.
I love your sweets – they are foolproof. So more desserts. Maybe Chinese mango pudding?
    Thank you!!!!
    Jules ❤️

Pretty sure we have cooked up just about everything on your site, so any new recipes are great!

Would love to see more Asian and/or authentic international dishes. Street food etc – big on flavour and able to be made midweek.

Hi Navi, I would love a recipe for Lapis Legit or in Dutch it’s known as Spekkoek a delicious layer cake thank you. My parents were Dutch and were born and brought up in Malang, Java. We used to order it but our contact is no longer baking it. It would be amazing to make it for my own children and grandchildren and my mum. Thank you🙏🏼

    Hi Nagi,
I’d like some recipes using an air fryer. Currently I look at the cooking instructions and then halve the timing, keeping the temperature the same. It is a bit of a guess. Thanks for your great recipes especially smashed potatoes.

The Szechuan Garden’s fantastic tender salt and pepper calamari. This is the MOST TENDER s & p calamari I’ve ever eaten. While you’re there .. .. their pepper duck is also fantastic.

Mushroom recipes; I love mushrooms and don’t seem to see a lot of recipes for them.

Recipes that are good as leftovers and can be heated in the dreadful microwave, so I can take them to work for lunches.

    Thanks for the wonderful recipes!

I’d liKe one or two things on the stir fry principle, but with different base flavours – so no sesame oil or soy sauce, which I’m a bit fed up with … but still tasty, fresh and quick to cook. Love that pretty top.

I need slow cooker recipes and recipes for quick weekday dinners. Or recipes that can go for two meals; Example-like a roast and then a casserole with leftovers. Healthy too! More fruit and veggies-trying to cut the sweets. Thank you!!

For Christmas my neighbor gave me a kit with spaghetti noodles and various jars of truffle creams and truffle oils.
And no instructions and my web search wasn’t very productive. What to do? Email Nagi & Dozer.
