I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?
More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?
But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

I have an almost unused pressure cooker (it frightens me bit). Would love a beef stew made using cheap/er cuts of beef or lamb, resulting in lush gravy like Mum used to make. Love your recipes. Taa xx

Nagi, I quite often look at a recipie and if it has too many ingredients I discard it, so I would like some recipies – not quite for dummies, but for simplicity. Something meat based which with a few simple addons, transforms a dish from grilled what ever to lick the plate deliciousness. (Dozer will know what I am talking about, here.,) 🙂
Maybe out of your universe but…Authentic Korean Kalbi would be great!

Would like to see some ‘goat’s meat’ recipes. It’s the most popular meat in the world and I love it but want more than the usual curry and stew recipes 😃
