Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Hi. We have purchased a SERIOUS sausage making machine (close to Commercial but not quite) and have it at the beach house. we are going to have sausage day in February and I want to make a seafood sausage but have no idea how to get the filling right so that we can do that . We will have squid and blue swimmer crab as our bases. So my request is a recipe for “homemade seafood (crab /squid) sausages” !
The easiest, no-brainer, bones-fall-out, glazed pork ribs, that I can cook in my oven,
Thanks for asking the question. I love your recipes and would love any vegetarian recipes without dairy (due to lactose intolerance).
I second this request!! I’ve found some recipes for Boulangere potatoes but they don’t turn out very well, they need to be Nagi’ed 🙂
Nagi, firstly we love you! You’re amazing and have made my cooking experience so much better. In terms of recipes , would love to see a strawberries and cream based cake!
More “accidentally vegan” recipes please that I can cook and pass on to my daughter 😊
When I was a kid in the 60’s there was a meat dish called Brawn which is basically cold cooked meat cut up into small pieces and placed in a loaf tin then a savoury jelly is poured over it. It is served sliced as cold meat. It was yum but I can’t find a recipe for it
Hi Nagi,
A creamy light chicken liver pate is what is on my mind this holiday season.
Hi, I love all your recipes!
We do have an abundance of pepinos and I’m not sure what to do with them all.
Also any Korean recipes would be great for something different.
Thank you.
I recently bought the KMart snack maker (donuts, waffles, pancakes & paninis).
Would LOVE a good waffle and donut recipe please !!!

Some recipes for vegan guests please
I would love to see traditional Chinese “takeaway” dishes like garlic king prawn, mongolian lamb and san choy bow!
Nagi’s Mongolian Lamb recipe is at https://salesdock.info/mongolian-lamb/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
It’s wonderful.

is also good.
There is a sang choy bow on the website but I haven’t tried it yet
I’d love to see your take on birria tacos!
Would love some more make-ahead, highly portable, budget friendly lunches for work! Bonus if it can skip the microwave queue!
Hi Nagi,
I would love to see more GF recipes coming out! I love all of your recipes although unfortunately because I
can’t have gluten, garlic and onion I can’t make everything. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2023!
Meat and vegetables pasty, like the South Australian pasties.
Peking Duck Pancakes!
Chicken recipes that utilise a variation of thighs, wings and drumsticks. I often chop a whole chicken into breast and then everything else. Most recipes are just all drumsticks or all thighs.
Recipes that eliminate food waste (love using prawn heads in the stock for your prawn pasta recipe!)
Recipes with scallops.
