Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

I would love a recipe for coffee & walnut bread, like Baker’s Delight used to make! I loved it! It was flavoursome without being too sweet. Or or any coffee & walnut cake or muffins, or ice cream! Actually now that I think of it, especially ice cream!

Hi, i’d would love a recipe for a nice meatball sub and also some loaded pototoe wedges. I’ve been craving it a lot recently and you’re my go to recipe blog.

Licorice ice cream. If it can be made with your whipped cream and condensed milk base, that would be brilliant.

I’d love a recipe for Rainbow Steak. It used to be on every Chinese food restaurants menu but is quickly disappearing 😭

A lemon meringue pie would be great. A good lemon meringue pie is amazing but I have had many disappointing experiences.

Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) would be wonderful. I have tried other recipes but they always fall apart, I’m sure you can develop a recipe that works every time!

    Hi Nagi & Dozer

Perhaps you can help me? I had the most delicious Asian style sweet, sour, spicy broth with fillet steak and pak choi, peppers and other vegetables in a restaurant about 5 years ago. It was a special order and I think the chef left as it’s not been on the menu since and I’m dissatisfied with my menu choice ever time because it’s not that bowl of deliciousness. Can you provide a recipe or let me know the name of what I ate?

    Salivating in anticipation.

    Hi Nagi,
I would love a recipe for Jungle Curry. I’ve been looking for a good one ever since my favorite Thai restaurant closed. It is wonderfully spicy and lighter than curry’s with coconut milk. If you came up with a good recipe for this, it would make my year!!!!

    Hey Nagi,

I know you guys have crayfish rather than Lobster, but have you ever tried making Lobster Bisque? I would love to see (or read) how you make it. I hear it’s a bit of a process to create.

    Thanks!
    Dan
